Eriness builds modern fine jewelry on the structural craft of an older era. Our work was to give the digital experience the same gravity.
We rebuilt the storefront on Shopify with a confident, type-led grammar: editorial collection stories, a try-on experience that earned the price tag, every interaction tuned to feel considered.
The lifecycle program (email, post-purchase, retention) followed the same logic: fewer touches, better written, more relevant.
