Terms of service.

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of biglow.com and any tools Biglow, Inc. ("BIGLOW," "we," or "us") makes available, including tools that connect to services such as Google (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Client work

Project work is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or agreement we sign with each client. These terms do not create a client relationship. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Inquiries

Sending us a project inquiry, request, or message does not create an obligation for either of us. Please do not send confidential information until we have an agreement in place.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse biglow.com and share links to it. When you use the Services, please do not:

  • Use them for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to them, including the partner portal or any account.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt them.
  • Scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
  • Reverse engineer our tools, except where the law allows it.

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for making sure you have the right to connect them. You can revoke access at any time in your account settings with the provider.

Your use of those services is also subject to the provider's own terms, and our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Results from these tools, such as drafted emails or summaries, can contain mistakes, so please review them before you rely on or send them.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the site design, text, graphics, code, and the BIGLOW name and marks, belong to BIGLOW or our licensors. Client names, logos, and work shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and appear to describe the work we did. Nothing in these terms gives you the right to use our name, marks, or content without our written permission.
